* All fees charged on Ads Jamaica are payable in US Dollars and must be paid using PayPal. This payment processing facility allows you to pay recurring fees automatically, without your intervention. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open one free of charge at the PayPal website by clicking here.

* Ads placed on Ads Jamaica are valid for a period of one (1) year. In the event that you wish to continue having your ad add appearing on the website after that period has expired, you will not have to do anything since the ad renewal (subscription) system via PayPal will automatically send us payment for another year. If there are any issues when payment becomes due and PayPal is unable to send us the money, your ad will automatically stop showing. NOTE: You will be automatically sent an email 14 days before your ad is due to expire as a reminder.

* Do not share your username or password with anyone. In the event that someone uses them to gain access to your account and alters your ad without your permission, we will not be held responsible. If you notice that your ad has been tampered with, please login immediately and change your password, then fix your ad.

* Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

* Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
